As our Highly Esteemed Director addressed the students, his words were filled with wisdom and insight. He emphasized the importance of distinguishing oneself, rejecting the status quo, and focusing on personal growth rather than material possessions. His message resonated with the students, igniting a sense of purpose and determination within each of them.
Through our strategic training initiatives for the graduating students in the BLW Campus Ministry, we are committed to nurturing and developing distinguished and elite performers. Our goal is to empower them to take up leadership roles and make a lasting impact for the sake of the gospel.
We are excited about the transformational journey ahead and the incredible potential that lies within each student we encounter.

Inspiring Moments in the Royal City of Benin

Our arrival at 4:52 PM on Tuesday, 12th March, 2023, was met with earnest anticipation and excitement from the students.
During our interactions, we had the privilege of speaking with Osaruese Osemwegie, a final year electrical engineering student at the University of Benin. When asked about his expectations, Osaruese expressed a desire to gain more clarity on what steps to take after graduating. His sentiments resonated deeply with our mission to empower and equip students for life beyond academia.

Strategic Training For Fresh Graduates in BLW Campus Zone A( Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma)

Our Man of God Rev Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD, has shown us that God desires erudites. Thus our passion for contributing employable and valuable kingdom centric workforce, has caused the visit to three campuses that are miles apart in 5 days. Taking an average six hrs drive between these cities is a testimony of our commitment to raising elites workforce, who will be vital for the kingdom in the market place of life.
Our Directors' teaching thrust to the graduating class is cultivating the habit of international thinking for a change.

He challenged them to confront the status quo in elevating their personal performance performance. He emphasised the importance of training, to the intending bussiness men he says " you need to learn the bussiness of the skill, not just the skill of the bussiness, learn how to be profitable ". And to career minded he says " gain employability skills. Getting a job is not a charitable donation, you must demonstrate and offer value , and this value is what is deployed..."
Some of our students had described their experience as "eye opening and thoughts provoking" in the build-up and it was distilled to an actionable goals writing session.
We are bridging the gap between what is taught in school and what is obtainable in the market place of life, raising an employable workforce for strategic positioning for the gospel in the market place of life.
